So, my name is Douglas Yancey Funny, but you can all just call me Doug. Currently I am still in Junior High. Though I have yet to get much of my posting online I do currently have a twitter account. http://twitter.com/DougFunny. Currently I am working on setting up a Flickr account and a facebook page, but very little has been done to them yet.
If your looking for some information about myself, there's really nothing to spectacular going on in life. I recently went nematode hunting, which was pointless. Other then that it's just the normal. I hang out with my friends Skeeter, Porkchop Patti, Beebee, and I try to avoid my sister Judy, her annoying cat, and Roger.
I hope to have more for you in the near future, but as for now I must go. I need to write down today's events in my journal.

I definitely like the idea of using Doug Funny as a persona. I uses to watch that show all the time when I was younger. Brings back lots of memories. Even though you don't really have any links posted so far, I think you have a lot of options for what to post, like using ideas from the original cartoon. The nematode hunting comment from twitter was funny. Good stuff.
The Doug theme song will be in my head for the rest of the day now. I love that you're using Doug as your fictional person. Everyone LOVED that show so I have no doubt that people will be drawn in and eager to be your friend on MySpace, Facebook, or whichever.
I think this is going to be a really funny story. Even though you don't have the links yet you have the basic idea and thats what matters. I bet you will have a lot of friends request too. With this character, you can come up with so many different story lines. Good job so far!
